Why one accountable operator beats an agency
I’m Morgan Crozier, and I run Load Bearing Marketing myself, on purpose.
For 15 years I’ve done the real work of digital marketing: paid search, SEO, local search, the systems that get a service business found and called. I’ve worked across home services and watched the same thing happen again and again: the company with the best workmanship loses to the company that’s just better at being found online. In foundation repair, where every job is high-stakes for the homeowner and high-value for you, that gap is enormous.
So I decided to do one thing, for one kind of company, better than anyone: get foundation repair and waterproofing contractors found, trusted, and booked.
Why one person, not an agency?
Because the agencies in this space all look the same: polished sites, “our team,” stock photos, long contracts, leads they resell, and an account manager you can’t get on the phone. I think foundation owners are tired of exactly that. When you work with me, you work with me. I run your account. I answer when you call. My name is on whether this works.
Why month-to-month, one company per market, you own everything?
Because that’s what I’d want if I were hiring someone. No lock-in, no competing against my own marketing in my own city, no hostage assets. The only thing keeping you is results, which is how it should be.
